Only thing you can give the 2 stars is the location and it’s reasonable price in Canmore. Besides that the rooms are filthy, it’s clear the only thing they clean are the beds considering you can see all the stains on everything else and how sticky the tables and bedside tables are. We came in a big group so I’ve had a look at two rooms on different floors and it’s disgusting. They need to look into getting a new cleaning stuff. Cleanliness isn’t the only problem, you’re better off looking for a different place to stay.

Nice place, great views. Only negatives are that it is not clear when booking that this is not a hotel - it is more like a rental condo with no front desk and only very basic supplies in rooms. Self-serve check-in and check-out. Pool and hot tub close at 10pm - which seems very early in the summer when sin is still up until about 11pm or later....

The deluxe suites are very clean and have a great layout. The building was nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were a delight in the winter.

Stayed here for 4 nights, the room was huge and warm. The hotel was busy, however the rooms were quiet and I was able to rest well at night without any problems. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the full kitchen. I was able to make some cookies while I was there. On my next trip I'm going to try the magical hike which is going from the hotel to downtown Canmore, they said it takes about 45 minutes to complete but the weather wasn't the best at the moment. The facilities are very well secured and the staff was friendly at all times.

They have somehow figured that charging extravagant fees for WiFi is good customer service in this day and age.. So disappointing.
