The place is absolutely amazing. It's cozy, it's old fashioned, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, and made our stay very enjoyable. It's not the most convenient of locations when you need something in a hurry as the closest gas station or convenience store is across town, but it's only an 8 minute drive so it's not the worst thing either. Overall, amazing place to stay, we were there for a wedding and it was phenomenal.

We chose this rustic little inn as the venue for our small, cozy family wedding. The food and service were good, but during the processional as the wedding party and bride made their way down the aisle, the music volume was so low it was barely audible. We had already designated someone to play the music and advised the staff, however they insisted that they would handle it and really dropped the ball. What otherwise was an enjoyable wedding was tainted by a practically silent walk down the aisle. This is not acceptable for a place that specializes in weddings.

My wife and I had our wedding in August, 2017 and it couldn't have been better! The staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and attentive! They ensured all of our guests were taken care of and our wedding day was better than we had dreamed! The food was delicious and we were able to customize our menu with the help of Lonny! Thank you to all the staff at A Bear and Bison Inn!!! We look forward to our return to celebrate our anniversary!!!

We held our wedding at the Bear & Bison Inn, and it is a perfect location for a unique wedding in the mountains. Our wedding was gorgeous, the staff was extremely helpful, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend having your intimate wedding at this location.

Outstanding!! We reserved the Inn for a Wellness Retreat, and the Bear and Bison exceeded our expectations by far! From the initial stages of organizing our event to the time we departed, the space and service was superb. The food is beyond compare- one participant stated she wasn’t sure when she had last eaten that well. The space is very clean, versatile, and visually stunning. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. Overall, an amazing experience! We would highly recommend the Bear and Bison to anyone looking for a spectacular experience in the mountains!
