This was a nice location, close to Canmore which has shops, coffee stores, and the visitor center. It is also close to Banff. The townhouse is very clean and has outdoor grills that we were able to use to cook dinner. The TVs are old and hard to change the channels, but we were not there long enough for it to make a difference since we were sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Our apartment was very spacious and had all amenities needed. There is also a hot tub, pool and gym onsite. Additionally, plenty of boardgames and books are also available at the reception that can be borrowed.

Inn of the Rockies is a great spot to stay if you're traveling in a group. Very reasonable rates, and the place is spacious. For a group of five, we had 2 bedrooms with large beds, a futon, full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms. They also have an indoor gym, pool, and outdoor hot tub which is a treat when it's freezing out. The staff was quite friendly especially Jessica at the front desk. Only 8 minutes from Canmore, it is very accessible to several shopping options. The kitchens come with a few necessary items to do your cooking, but make sure you bring oil, salt, sugar, ingredients.

Very displeased with this hotel. Blinds were broken, bed was hard and uncomfortable, DVD was broken, was disappointed finding out on arrival there was no continental breakfast. The highway was noisy and no pay per view movie ability.
