The staff were friendly and accommodating, however I only could give this motel 2 starts because I was disappointed considering how much we paid. It was 130$ a night, which in the mountains you expect to pay more, but there wasn't a tub, the tv only had 4 channels and the bed was probably one of the more uncomfortable ones I've slept on. Some benefits are that the water pressure was actually quite strong and it seemed to be unlimited hot water. The room also had a mini fridge and a coffee maker so it seems as though care is put in. But overall, If you keep searching you can likely find better places for a better price.

Checked in late, the hotel manager, was very poor in speaking english and communicating. Wore dirty close and shuffled around. It all seemed that we were too much of a bother, then a paying customer. This place had its better days, it has not seen an update or repair for decades. Rooms are dirty and sheets and coverings are over 10 years old. Not an inviting place at all. I had better accommodation in Philippines than this folks providing here in USA.

It was a really good stay! Sure it's not the fanciest place but it's comfortable and clean. Decent price for the rooms and doesn't have a lobby really.

Had the 2 bedroom suite for a night. Everything was clean. Didn't have any problems like the other guests. Felt like it was overpriced especially for the location

The walls are thin. The bar is next door. This is a very loud area in general. For what we paid, extremely overpriced for a bed with a musty comforter on it. No breakfast included. For less money, there are places in Canmore that are way nicer. This place is a dive. Do more research. Find another option.
