Evening corporate reception with food and drinks was nice but it’s a shame you don’t recycle especially the cans and bottles from the drinks. Only a garbage can was provided beside table and cans went straight to the trash. The lady hosting reception was nice but was more interested in talking with her husband and friend then other guests. Room was very nice and clean and staff were friendly, probably friendlier than any other hotel I have stayed at. If you recycled your cans and bottles I would have given this a 5 out 5 review instead of 3 our 5 as recycling is very important to me.

Don’t put someone who can’t understand English in a position where they have to interact and help guests. The girl working the morning on front desk “Grace” I think was very nice and polite but what was a easy job to check out of our room and pay cash turned into a 30 minute session and we ended up giving up and paying on credit card on file, resulting in being charged fees for using a US credit card when we could have avoided paying cash. The hotel was nice and clean and staff friendly but don’t place someone in the front desk who can’t understand the language of your clients.

Great value, great service, well appointed, quiet, spotless rooms. The 24 coffee bar always fresh and ready. The full breakfast is ample and very convenient as it is open until 10 am. Friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that king sized beds do not have the appropriate king sized pillows. Instead there are four mini pillows.

Helen at desk was outstanding and very friendly, the manager Curtis was also very nice. Our room 425 looked brand new and was very clean and well stocked. My wife loved walk in shower and how soft the Duvet was. The excessive room was well stocked and allowed our normal workout routine. Ashleigh in breakfast was also very nice and served a great breakfast. We have a wedding in summer to come back to and will be convincing other family to stay here.

July 14, 2018 The room was nice enough but the details around the whole thing is embarrassing for this chain. I booked the honeymoon suite for my son, this was not a cheap room. When they got there, which was way after the allowed check in time, the room wasn't even cleaned, they were expecting to get in right away when they got there and didn't get in until after 5 p.m. There were very weak apologies with a gift basket and 10% discount, this does not make up for the inconvenience for this young couple. Disgraceful, I wonder who is running this place. Since I can't respond back to the Owner, who asked "how to make this up to us". My response to this problem is that I would expect no less than you refunding this room back to this couple upon check-out tomorrow morning. Thank-you. Well as it stands, as of July 17, there has been no contact and no refund.
