Firstly, the food was second to none. The roasts were cooked perfectly, the horseradish was fresh, the salads were stellar. The buffet was PERFECT. The staff engagement was minimal, but what there was was also fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone planning an event.

The staff were super friendly, and switched us to a nicer room when the AC unit in our first room stopped working. The Grand ballroom conference room is gorgeous, and the food at the lounge is not to be missed. If I'm ever in Lethbridge, I'll definitely book here again.

Okay hotel. Great location. Nice amenities. But, the rooms are quite dated and old fashioned. Clean though! Which is a plus.

#1 hotel in Lethbridge. Very Clean, Amazing staff and great for functions. I have been to many weddings, including my own at the Coast hotel and they went over and above the standard. All of our guest (many from out of town) where accommodated for and had nothing but positive feed back. I would recommend Coast Hotel and look forward to staying in others in different citys!

The room we were booked in had a defective A/C unit, so we called front desk and within 5 minutes they had brought us up keys to a replacement room. Very courteous staff and the room was clean. The bathroom products they stock are amazing by the way.
