We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past few years and have always had a pleasant experience until now. My wife had gone here alone for 3 days. On her final night she had left $200 on the dresser and then went out shopping. She did not leave the "please clean room" sign on the door nor had she asked anyone to clean her room. When she returned to her room it had been partially made up and the $200 was gone. She went to the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything until the morning when the manager arrived. Needless to say my wife was not happy. In the morning she met with the manager who was less then helpful or concerned about the theft. They cannot check the key scan to the room as they are not set up for it. The maid's checklist shows she didn't go into the room. So who would go into a room, partially make it up and then take $200. We will not be returning and we will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice and the staff accommodated us with an extra bed (cot) for one of our children. The ladies at the desk were great, and extremely helpful. The hotel is easy to find, and easy to get to. They have a hot tub/Jacuzzi, but unfortunately, no swimming pool... Hence the 4 stars, not 5. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to stay again.

Excellent room for the price. The room was very clean and cozy. I would recommend this for anyone who is staying overnight in Calgary.

My parents stay here when they come visit, as my dad is allergic to our cats. Their single queen rooms are perfect, as there is room for 4 people around the table to play games or visit. The staff was also very accommodating, and brought in a couple of extra chairs for us so we could all sit around the table. They were also quick to act on an icy patch on the sidewalk that had developed while we were out for supper.

Stayed for work. Took 3 weeks to get a room on the ground floor as I’m a smoker. Breakfast is the usual waffles and juice and is from 6-10. Not 10:05 or 10:06, but 10 on the dot! Rooms have either heat or a/c not both. So on the coldest rainiest day of the summer, the room was freezing! Very small parking lot. Key cards fail daily and need reprogramming. MOST staff was friendly and helpful. Not a great place to stay if you’re staying for more than 1 night.
