I am pleasantly surprised! The room is large spacious and very clean. They are totally fine having my dog here. Check in was easy and friendly. Overall I’m super happy to spend my week working in Lethbridge living here :-)

I would not take children there as I personality saw panties in the parking lot. I was also witness to drug deals, and prostitution. Very skeptical about the quality of sanitation for the rooms. The staff that clean the rooms have been intoxicated while working, and were wearing inappropriate attire where body parts were exposed. New management have issues with determining their roll and treated staff horrible in front of customers. If I could give a negative rateing, I would. DO NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL!

I stayed at this hotel for TWO WEEKS. I spent a small fortune and at first things seemed to be going very well. Then one night everything changed. There was a male nightshift worker that seemed to enjoy causing drama, engaging in arguments and being overly aggressive and confrontational! He was on a power trip and that was overly evident. Not allowed visitors after 11pm??? I could understand if you had a large amount of visitors or your company was making a lot of noise. If you were being disruptive or causing a scene. But no. That was not the case here. Anyway - we didnt want to get kicked out so the following night we had ZERO VISITORS. The next morning we received a phone call from the manager telling us that we had to go. That we had people coming and going ALL night. I tried to explain that was not the truth and he even refused to show me the video surveillance. He told me the short tattooed woman that was working front. Desk told him all about it. I told him she was a LIAR and I told her the same!! SHAME ON YOU!! Kevin - your employees are costing you money and customers. Get it together and be careful because for whatever reason they are lying to you! Check your cameras and confirm what you being old.
