Friends of mine came from out of town to visit, but chose to stay at the Holiday Inn rather than crowding my home. I stopped in to pick them up / visit, and while I was there I was pleased to find the hotel as a whole was clean and well-maintained. The parking lot had a few potholes in it, but everything else was great.

Good hotel. Great water park for the kids. Getting in for dinner was way too long of a wait. Rooms were nice and clean. Could smell the chlorine a bit in room that faced to the pool side even though it was a fixed window. Would likely stay there again.

Hotel is clean and staff are very courteous and helpful. The pool is the obvious highlight, great fun and it was actually warm! We Went early afternoon and again after dinner, just note that the slides don't come on until 5.30pm. If I could make a suggestion it would be to have the slides on in the afternoon as well as we were a little disappointed to enter the pool and see them off. We overall had an excellent stay, the only surprise was that there was no continental breakfast on offer which was very unusual to me. With a 2 year old in tow, we were just hoping for a quick bite of toast/cereal/fruit/yoghurt as is usual at most hotels. Breakfast was offered in the adjoining Mr. Mikes restaurant at a separate cost so we declined that. I would highly recommend staying if you have kids or enjoy water slides! Just be aware of the breakfast scenario.

Nice room. But the attached restaurant was closed. Small parking lot. Didn't use the pool, but heard people raving about it and the water slide.

Rooms are nice and well maintained. Pool looks nice but didn't go in. Could use microwaves and kettle in the room but doesn't. It has a fridge though. Located in central Lethbridge. Lots of amenities around it.
