AMAZING!! Beautiful place. Nice and classy renovated rooms and the pool area is great! Nice and big and feels very tropical. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. You even get a courtesy call shortly after your in your room to make sure everything is satisfactory! Great customer service!!!

Very pleased with how clean and safe this place was. The breakfast was not that great i have had better hotel breakfast. The pool needs to open sooner on weekends. And it would have been nice if someone helped us with our bags. They actually watched me struggle with a baby in my arms as I brought in my bags.... But the rooms with a view of the pool was pretty amazing.

If you are in lethbridge and need a place to stay this is a good hotel close to all amenities. It has a nice pool and spa and complimentary breakfast was really nice, had everything from bags to sausages and eggs. Good coffee also.

Ate dinner at the Italian Table. The main feature is presentation, the waiters asking about the decor and giving a mission statement. Comfortable environment. The food was average, except for the chicken and sirloin: both exceedingly tender and delicious. Overall, I paid too much for the experience, but the service and meat were both commendable.

The atmosphere was calming, the seating was very comfortable and a good height for anyone. The food is delicious and the coolest part about the menu is the back. It gives you descriptions and pronouciations of the jargon that is on the menu if you are unfamiliar with it. The only reason I would give it a 4 and not a 5 is the waiting area. Which is super tiny and can get crowded very fast with just a few people. The server we had, Sage, I don't know if I spelt it right but she was amazing. Very friendly and gives great service.
