The location is good. Easy access to the highway. Lots of shared amenities such as a kitchen, library, games room and theatre. You can rent movies from the front desk as well as board games. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only real issues are that the beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are very hot in the summer. There is an air conditioning unit in the room, but it is old and noisy. The door locks are also very old and not overly secure. If you forget to lock up after yourself, the room will be unsecured. Cleanliness is decent. My only complaint is that the bathroom sink drain is covered in mold and hair. Needs to be sprayed with bleach once in a while. Rooms come with a mini fridge and microwave. Very family friendly as there are lots of things to do with the kids.

A great place to stay that has everything. Full kitchens, BBQ, laundry, pool, hot tub, sauna, ironing service, ski tune work area, town bikes, a movie theatre, games room, library and an awesome restaurant. If you forgot anything at home, they have it. Rooms were clean and spacious. The decor was quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Located close to the town centre and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it above all others.

Big rooms with amazing mountain views. Friendly staff and very nice accommodations, free town bike rentals. A well equipped kitchen (hostel style). Hot tub, sauna, and pool. Free snacks for breakfast.

We are just finishing up our week stay here and we love it. Have came to fernie for a decade and find this stay the best bang for our buck! Friendly front end staff, nice and hardworking cleaning staff, clean pool and hot tub , fun games room, free laundry, convenient morning snacks, secure bike storage with option to keep bikes in room, sound proof rooms, easy in and out access for pets without the astronomical fee other fernie hotels have started to charge, and great location. Stayed here twice this summer and planning a 3rd. Looking forward to a winter stay to,

Stayed here for two weeks and loved it. Rooms are spacious, hot tab is amazing and ski tuning room is a great bonus! Hot tab and swimming pool provide towels, which is great, wished known sooner as would’ve saved a bit of space in the luggage from bringing extra towels with us. The only one suggestion to add a kettle to the room, they have communal kitchen where you can find a kettle but it is closed from 10pm until 7am and if you have a jet lag and cannot sleep at 5am you cannot make a cup of tea:(
