We stayed for a quick overnight on our way through the prairies. Room was clean, bed was VERY comfortable, with super soft sheets. There was a dripping sound in the bathroom, which didn't seem to be a concern to hotel staff, and I would say our room lacked conveniently placed outlets for charging devices. Overall, a good stay, and we would return if Medicine Hat was on our route again.

Room was renovated and clean. The included breakfast was great. At night someone started smoking weed in the nearby rooms or in the hallway so the room filled with a strong weed smell, that was a huge negative for someone who’s allergic and hates the smell. Also the water had a pretty bad smell (but I think that’s Medicine Hat in general as nearby restaurants also had water with the same smell).

The staff were quick and nice to help us as we did not have a reservation. Room was clean and sheets were amazing!! So comfortable and soft. Breakfast area was clean and well taken care of by Shelley. Would stay again.
