This hotel has a super cool aesthetic. Amazing location just a few blocks from the newly renovated ICE District. The beds are comfy, appliances and amenities were modern and well maintained. The staff are all quite lovely - complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning, and was quite helpful in the best place to park, cool places to visit and how to get there! Special shoutout to bartender Rodney - he was incredibly kind, welcoming and very personable - and has a beard anyone could be jealous of. Highly recommended and will absolutely stay here again.

I booked 2 months in advance to ensure I got the room I wanted. When I arrived I learned they had switched my reservation to a different room. I showed the lady working the confirmation from the manager showing I booked a specific room. She called the manager and said the room I booked has been under construction for numerous weeks. Nobody called or emailed me to tell me. The lady working told me that they would give me a good discount and we could drink from the mini bar in the room for free. Upon check out, the manager said the best she could do is 20 percent off and she could not compensate for the beer. This was very frustrating as I still had to pay $200 for a room that I did not want. The manager, Colleen WAS NOT helpful and did not care about ensuring guests are happy. I definitely will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Awesome unique rooms, great price, great location. They've preserved much of the historical character of the space while updating with creative, hip touches that make this hotel one of a kind. Bonus free ear plugs and hangover pills in the room are both funny and very very useful. 🙂

Absolutely disgusted with this place. First off they make it seem like a trendy hotel, but it is actually a Hostel where all the guests share a bathroom and shower. 2nd of all there is 1 space heater to heat the room; & last but by far the worst: the 2 employees I booked this hotel for found used female products in or around their bed which tells me they don’t properly clean their rooms. After alerting staff the told us they would offer 1 night complimentary. Unacceptable and disgusting do not stay here or be mislead by positive reviews.
