I've had one of my worst experiences using the showers at this location and this is since they added the new showers. Where to start. The shower control couldn't find a happy medium. It was either too cold or too hot. They added a motion detector type sink in the shower rooms. Typically when a person shaves they usually rinse the razor and shaving cream brush under hot water. This feature is no longer available there. It is one temperature only. And it was barely warm. And the other thing that bothered me was that whenever I try to rinse my Razor off I couldn't because the motion detector wouldn't recognize it. So I had to put my hand in front of the sensor to keep the water running while shaving. After the water ran for a certain amount of time because of the presence of my hand it shut off all together and wouldn't come back on. I don't know about a lot of other people but I usually start everything with hot water and then I shave with cold water as per suggestions for people with sensitive skin. And if I was to compare the east side Flying J to this location the shower services are 10 times better. Better towels and you even get a face cloth but you don't at this location. Nothing compared to the other Flying J locations I've been to...

In regards to someone's comment about how it shouldn't be a Flying J... it is a Flying J system and diesel fuel. Shell for regular, non-diesel fuel. The convenience store is owned separate but the registers are Flying J system, hence why they do not accept air miles for diesel. The showers are cleaned after every use. They are also currently being renovated. The person whom cleans the showers also cleans the entirety of the building. It's a large building. They try to clean the showers as soon as they're called to do so but often times people complain they have to wait 15 minutes for them to be cleaned, in which case, if you cant wait then enter at your own risk. The store has a huge selection and the building has a lot of smaller stores; hair salon, liquor store, and even a parts store. Dennys is a bonus too. Overall, I give the store 4/5 for it's size, selection, and cleanliness.

This place should not have "Flying J" for a name.. this is no flying j. Just had a shower.. was so nasty there was still other ppl's hair in the toilet all over the shower it's self, black mold from one end to another. It was just the nastiest showering been in and I've been in quite a few "husky".. wen asked the cashier how often they clean he said after every use, then asked y was there still hair and black mold everywhere.... he turned around and walked away and never came back.... that should tell you something about this place... plus I dont think there 100 parking spot here either.
