Room 103 is too close to the front desk/reception and sound proofing is so minimal that you would be woken up when people enter the lobby at night time and you can clearly hear the receptionist when they answer the phone. It is also directly across from the breakfast room. The bed is also not comfortable and has a plastic waterproof mattress cover. It makes the bed really crinkly and not breathable. However, they do have sufficient parking around back and it is in a good location. If you don't mind the bed and get a room away from the lobby, they offer a good price.

A VERY NICE HOTEL ACE INN Is a very nice hotel. Their management and front desk staff were EXCELLENT at check in, check out and in-between times when i had questions. The room, and restroom was very clean and orderly.Management and staff tended to my every need with a professional and courteous demeanor. Very accommodating they were. The breakfast was nice as well with an assortment of cereals, EXCELLENT COFFEE, eggs, sausage, and yogurts. The location is also very nice as it is situated in the downtown core of Fort McMurray with a casino, fast foods, and a mall all in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel . A very pleasant experience it was.

Good price but be careful, they had BED BUGS on the second floor. Just check your box spring before you wake up with 10 bites if you stay here. Seriously.
