Close to Peter pond mall, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. My suite had everything i needed for my stay. Only thing I could suggest to take it to next level would be to revamp breakfast program. Maybe have little bit of different selection along side current serving.

Overall quite disappointed with Clearwater. For the price that we pay, the hotel was not worth it. The overall décor of the hotel was terrible. Unpainted walls, scrapes here and there, unfinished walls here and there. The fitness centre had rusted out weights, which is a hygiene issue. A lot of equipment in the fitness centre was not working. Also, the business centre was still going though renovations. I had some office work to do, and I had to always have it printed through the front desk. However, I could not print everything because there were some confidential items in there. I would try to find a better hotel next time. While the staff were super happy to help, the basic items that I would expect from a hotel were not there.

Good beds. Cleaners are respectful and thorough. Staff is friendly. Worth the price

In the middle of downtown Ft. McMurray. Walking distance from a mall, grocery store and several restaurants. Rooms have a stocked kitchenette and decent appointments. If you like a soft pillow, you might want to bring your own. All told, nice accommodations in a central location.

Closer to the highway. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Great rooms with onsite laundry.
