I only give it 3 stars for their maintenance team. If it weren’t for them it’d be a 0 for me. Service wasn’t all that great. Front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly faking her politeness since I witnessed her barking orders at her employees over the phone line. We had a leaky faucet and maintenance case up right away and took care of it within minutes. I would have loved to tip him but he kindly rejected it. What a guy he was I believe his name was Jose he might have had the wrong name tag on since he didn’t look Hispanic. Other than that I say your money is better off somewhere else. This isn’t a great place to stay at.

Order from here with skip the dishes. King burger showed up completely raw, when I called I got told to contact skip, I said it wasn’t a delivery issue , he told me to contact them regardless cause once the food leaves they have no more connection to the raw food they sold me. I asked them to send me a new burger and I got told no but they would offer be a gift card, I refused and skip the dish did refund my money. I will never eat here again and will spread the word about how bad my service was. Wish I could post a picture

Very soft beds, clean, professional. They were amazing. Location is very close to the Wood Buffalo Brewery and the BP's. Close to get back onto the highway and a 5 minute walk (if that) to city hall.

I was staying with this hotel quite often through our company, I'm no longer going to stay here and will go to another hotel. It is not good customer service when you ask for a complimentary bottle of water and get refused and told to go somewhere else to get one. I can understand if I was only there for a couple of nights but I have been a long standing customer.

Rooms are great. Located next to many food options. Parking is kind of a pain but has worked out so far.
