Trying to get a smoking room for my family who had just experienced a loss of a family member, were met with rudeness and racism. Just because we are aboriginals and staying at the hospital till the loss of the family member, we did not deserve that kind of insensitive treatment. Never again will this hotel will get my business again. Update: I would like to add a response to the reply, we did have a valid credit card. The issue was the rude attitude we received when first stepping onto the the plot from the racist lady who was checking guests in. Because we were exhausted from the hospital stay of watching someone close to us pass, and dirty looking from staying at the hospital for days, your clerk was judging us because we were natives.

Staff is friendly prices are fair, there just are no amenities like a gym or pool. Breakfast could use some work, the eggs always taste like they are from a just-add-water box. The rooms themselves are cozy and well maintained by excellent staff.

Great location! In the middle of everything. Good rooms, good breakfast with hot eggs amd sausage. Friendly service and easy to access all of the rooms from the lobby. Overall would reccomend.
