Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great and not busy. We ara at both restaurants and the food was good, just overpriced. Pool, steam room and hot tub was nice. But dirty. Dirty socks lay there all weekend long and Sunday there were no towels. Amenities in rooms were good. Room was clean but bathroom is very tiny and rooms are dark. Receptionist that checked us in was in a bad mood. It was nice and quiet and we had a good sleep.

The rooms are clean, and the person I spoke with on the phone when setting up our stay was fantastic. However, when we showed up to actually sign in we had to deal with Erin the night auditor. It should be noted that I've been staying in hotels for an average of 180 nights per year for the past 7 years. In all of those stays, I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a hotel employee who started a conversation so dismissive. To top it off, she actually just got more and more rude as the conversation went on. Hopefully the rest of the staff are more like the wonderful phone lady. Updates to come.

The Pomeroy was a fantastic location for a wedding reception! The food was incredible, and they were able to perfectly accommodated every allergy and dietary restriction that our families and friends have, which is a lot: anaphylaxis to peanut, many with celiac disease, fish allergies, diabetes, Halal, vegetarian, adult meals, kids meals, babies, you name it. Everyone was so friendly, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The Grande Ball Room is beautiful, and a wonderful space! I would highly recommend the Pomeroy to anyone hosting a large event.

The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was friendly. I only have a few complaints. The room didn't really have AC, it only had the option to turn on a fan that pushed colder air from a vent. When I arrived to the hotel it was 30 degrees Celsius and the room itself didn't cool down until the next day with the fan on high. For 170$ a night one would expect an actual AC unit. Overall the hotel was good, the restaurants were nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. Of all the places in GP I have stayed I did like this one the most.

Some of the staff are amazing, some are terrible. The front desk staff are among the rudest. Room is cleaned, fresh towels and bed made.......sometimes. Every time I’ve stayed here I’ve had to ask for my room to be cleaned and restocked more than once, it’s hit and miss. Some Elevators haven’t been working, we had to walk to the 6th floor with our luggage on the first day. Another guy on my crew asked to get his TV fixed on our first day, it’s been almost a week, still no TV. There isn’t ventelation in your rooms bathroom, windows don’t open either. Food taste great, that’s the only constant positive point.
