Not bad location. It's located behind another hotel so you can't see it from the road. Nice rooms, clean, well kept. The waterslide is pretty great you can really pick up speed. Breakfast was meh.

Easy to book. Front desk was efficient. Rooms are clean and new. Have stayed there before and would stay again.

Excellent customer service. Good job Henry in particular!

Checked in just before 5am. Was told if we weren't out by 1pm the same day we would be billed for two nights. Was told they can't change anything because of there computer system. Managers apparently can't do anything about it at all cause it's all automated. Makes me wonder what the point of having a front desk staff?? Anyways paid a full night of 189$ for 7hrs stay in there hotel. I have worked in a hotel before and this is poor customer service in my opinion. Rooms were nice .With the exception that you can't shut the blinds all the way. Not good for guys working night shift and need to sleep during the day. And only 1 bottle of water in the double rooms. Money must be tight I guess.

Great customer service and good value. Pool area is nice, and newer beds. Location is close to lots of restaurants.
