So after reading a lot of the reviews what I like to do is you know I like to go and see for myself and I like to stay at different places in all the different towns and cities that I go to it offers contrast. The Ivanhoe is definitely a single story older dated facility. It has been updated or freshened up with some new paint and things of that nature but it's still old but at the end of the day the rate is good it's quiet comparatively and the lady at the front desk is an absolute gem. So if you're there on business and it's an overnight or a couple of nights and you're looking for a budget-friendly place and dont need or want a pool, then this might be the place. I like to work out so that for me is a drag that it's not equipped with anything here but I knew that going into it. Overall it did what I needed to do for me.
