Great hotel with a nice room, furniture and appearance. Great cleanliness, decoration and presentation. Our stay was great with only two small complaints/observations worthy of losing 1 star rating. The first is the breakfast options, for the price they don’t include a complimentary breakfast, and the restaurant options are a little costly. Would delete guests from eating close by versus venturing out. Second was the noise insulation. We heard quite a lot from guests walking down the hallway and doors opening and closing and conversations from housekeeping. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed the perk of two free complimentary water bottles in the room. Awesome walk in shower. Thumbs up to the staff managing this location.

Nice hotel, amazing nice staff. Modern comfortable room. Little pool but perfect for our little girls.

Never again stopped staying here very rude not everyone works an office job. I was treated like a bum of the street because they judged me when I came in to get my room keys. I’m a heavy haul trucker and should not have had to explain that to get my room she didn’t judge anyone else as they were in suits. Spend my money where I’m treated professionally. Good luck snobs your gonna need it. And to bad I really liked that place.

The management here is quite pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, however traffic can be heard in rooms facing Airport Rd. I opted for the "go green" option, that gets you $5 coupons per night that can be transferred to points. As I understood the option meant that sheets and towels were not changed daily. What they forgot to mention was that you also forego any housekeeping. They do not make the beds, clean washrooms, vacuum, or empty the garbage bins. In other words, they don't enter your room at all.

Great hotel, I’ve stayed here multiple times for flights out of YEG. I am a SPG gold member, requested early check in and mobile check on the IOS app. Not fifteen minutes later I got a message saying my key was ready for pickup. Got an automatic room upgrade as well from gold status. The girls at front desk are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. Rooms are usually clean and tidy. However on this stay there were a few food stains on the sofa that was not cleaned up from the last customer stay. It’s not a big deal as I was by myself and didn’t use the sofa at all. Otherwise the room was excellent as always. Great value for the money. Would recommend.
