Health code violations: staff not using gloves when handling food. Direct contact with pre-made pancakes from freezer. Bathroom was insufficiently cleaned and left sticky floors. Staff put the dirty sheets on our suitcases when stripping the beds. Emptied garbage cans were not put away. Toilet left open with the cleaner still in it. ( This was courtesy of both chamber maids(old term)... One staff member always greeted us with a Hello and a smile; her name was Kaley. The manager gave me flowers on the death of my brother..

Best.... Breakfast.... Ever.... Huevose (Spanish for "eggs") rancheros. Internet died and won't come back on... -1⭐. But the pool is cold... Although, pull out microwave shelf!

This hotel is the best!!!! We come here once a year at Christmas time. The staff here are some of the nicest people, they truly treat you like family. The entire place is extremely clean, the breakfast is nice, the pool and hot tub is beautiful. They even cleaned our car off after a snow storm!!!!!!
