This place is incredibly cool. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is amazing, and you can even rent out the rooms upstairs. Don’t worry, while the building is very old, the rooms are in pretty amazing shape and seems to be very well maintained. You may, however, have to use the communal washroom upstairs, but it’s less of a pain than you might think. New ownership in the last few year opted to remove the VLTs from the bar, apparently stating that “they’re not good for the community”. That’s a lot of revenue given up by the ownership in the name of helping the community and I always try to support businesses that make hard, but positive decisions for their communities!

Great place to have a beverage and a burger while passing through on your motorcycle or on a road trip. That is if the weather is good and you can sit on the deck. Cheers

My wife and I just moved to the area so we wanted to try new restaurants out. We ordered two burgers to which were both incredibly dry. As if they had been broiled before hand and when we brought it up to the waitress she laughed saying You better go to the city! We will keep our business at the Chuck wagon
