I hate giving poor reviews but I'm not going to lie... apparently this was once the hottest hotel on the strip. Unfortunately it is no longer. Heavily in need of a makeover. Everything needs an update including the Ice maker, the pool, the hot tub, all 50 of the hotel rooms. Especially the 20 or so that are in heavy need of various repair. And the biggest thing that needs a makeover... The management! Never have I ever in all my days seen such poor treatment of those who businesses rely on most... potential customers! And I've seen it a few times. Customers come first (with respect).

Old charm is fading into the past as maintenance has not kept up. Carpeting is very worn. Rooms all show heavy wear. Questionable electrical. Tub worn out. Needs much more work than small fixes and another coat of paint. Needs some major rehab. But friendly kind staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely the worse place I've stayed at recently. Reception was slovenly and constant use of bad language . Requested extra pillows and asked for wake up call and was told no to the pillows without reason and my wake up call was a loud banging on my door. Will never stay here again.

If you are a clean freak, don't book here. Rooms are not clean, decor is old, and there doesn't seem to be a pride of ownership at this hotel. Hotel entrance has not been swept and windows have not been cleaned. They use old fashioned keys. No hairdryer. Coffee pot looked toxic, so old and grungy. The only good thing was the bed which was comfortable and the TV was big and easy to use. This hotel would be okay for working men who may not notice. Price was okay, but not worth it. I would recommend spending a little more money and staying at a better place.
