Room was clean and as advertised. We had pets which where accommodated and there was a decent area to let them do what they needed to. The only downfall was that the hot tub was out of order, but staff stated the part was on Order.

This place is relatively clean but smells like BO. It's like the smell penetrates the walls and bedding - it's inescapable. The staff had fans running in the halls but it didn't help. If you can go with the Ramada or Best Western instead.

My room on the 4 th floor was very quiet and a view of the city . Very friendly and efficient front check in and checkout staff . Very nice included hot breakfast . Coffee in room was good but grab milk or cream from front desk coffee area as powder cream in room

Pleasant or should I say awesome GM and front desk staff. Room was clean. However the water was lukewarm at best. I was also unable to control the heat in the room itself it was either hot or cool. When I asked about it the usual answer sorry about that we will have a maintenance people look into it. Rating 3 at best won't be staying there again.

After a medical procedure at the local hospital, Kelly and her staff went above and beyond to help myself, my partner and children feel like we're at home. Room was serviced every day to meet our needs and they offered help whenever they saw me. Great staff, great service, Continental breakfast, comfortable rooms....... Only hotel we stay at when we go to Williams Lake ❤️
