Good hotel in a pretty great location. Stayed here on a hockey tournament weekend. Not my top choice, but turned out better than expected. Good staff and lots of room for the team

Want to be disappointed? You’re at the right place! Are you interested in being insulted for being from Alberta? They do that! The young and outspoken attendant named John claimed that they don’t serve my kind after looking at my Alberta drivers license. Do you enjoy being given the scuzziest room available for an inflated price? Yep, they’ll do that too! Online bookings for $97? Nope! Try $136 because they’re near capacity! With taxes comes to nearly $162. Talk about sticking it to you! The room we were offered had very dingy bedding and smelled like 1972. I walked down and gave the attendant a pillow from the room, asked him if he’d sleep with that pillow. He was quick to offer me a less dingy pillow. Must happen a lot! I insisted he take some time and find me a clean room. Upon returning I was given a slightly less stinky room with nearly as dingy bedding and linens. Out of desperation I took the room. I will never return, I will sleep in my car like a hobo before ever considering to give them another nickle. If I could give it zero rating or negative I would. And don’t even consider asking for a corporate rate, there will be yet more disappointment to be experienced. They are near full you know.

Rooms were clean and moderately spacious. And the staff was accommodating and friendly. My family and I had a relaxing stay. Although we had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be prepped. And the breakfast offering could use some meats, like hams or sausages. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay.

I called to reservation for 1 night. Happened to be on their most busy weekend of the year, the Air Show. ...I have been told over the phone. Still reservation went quickly and price was reasonable. Quick, efficient, got e-mail confirmation right away.. We were going to an event starting at 2 pm. We actually arrived at the hotel at 10 am, they let us checking with the paper work and we left the car and they said the room will be ready at 3pm. We came back at noon to change and use the lobby washroom, the guy at the front desk remembered us and cam to get us, our room was ready! Gave us the key right away. So nice! Love the location of the hotel. Rooms are modest, but furniture, beds are in good condition. I slept well, was quiet. The breakfast was for me the lease enjoyable. Choice l limited, long wait for Waffle. So, I will go back again. A+ for the Front desk staff.

As great. Beds comfy. Breakfast had everything we needed. Ideally gluten free bread will be added for future but they had some corn based cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt , eggs, and then waffles, toast and treats for regular people. Comes with fridge and microwave. Our fridge had slight odour when it opened but was fine. Coffee machine basic. Tv and cable was nice. Pool had slide my son loved and hot tub both pool and hot tub clean. Fair prices.
