It's a 3 star hotel. It's fine! Very central in this cute lil town of Harrison. Small bed for 2 people but comfy. Bathroom is def old.. Some mould on the shower curtain, gross grout and not the best plumbing, hallways smell old... That kinda feel. Gym and hot tub were closed for maintenance... So yeah. 3 stars! Friendly staff. Wish they didn't use Styrofoam coffee cups in the rooms. ✌️

Very fake. The pictures look very different to what you get and the parking is not even free, it costs $10! The rooms are quite dated and really could use cleaning. My room had 5 light switches and 1 of them worked, very little light. There was also a hole in the roof of my bathroom so when I turned on the fan a chunk of the roof fell. The lights flicker when they are turned on. Good location though, only steps away from everything. The AC basicly is non-existent. It does not work at all, the thermostat said our room was 80F and it never went down even when we tried.

The rooms were just what we needed for a quick mommy daddy getaway. The staff were all super nice and welcoming! Definitely staying here again when we get another chance to get out without our kids!

Nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is decent amount of free parking. Rooms are good but air conditioning is not too powerful. They do not have breakfast options. They give discount to the steakhouse next door but two days in a row the restaurant would not take us as they did not have enough food

Rooms need repairs and a better cleaning. Hotel needs work..booked online definitely a big disappointment..no hot springs..public pool. Front desk service friendly and accommodating, air conditioning not working 2nd floor.
