upon first walking in the staff was friendly and things looked clean with exception of the floors. the carpet needs to be redone as there are stains and they take away from how clean the windows and wall etc.. are. are I walked to the second floor, no elevator which was fine, the carpet again is stained with a pretty big spill. but again everything else seemed to be decently clean. the room itself was clean. no visible stained in the bathroom and while it was not super fresh smelling, the room was comfortable and suited our needs for the stay. there is a fridge in the room, coffee machine and breakfast is steps away. the bed is hard buy I prefer it so it was nice. my view was a tree which was peaceful. the staff was friendly and got us booked in and out in a timely manner. there is a pool here but I did not take advantage. the complementary soap was nice smelling and did not leave a film on the body. there is an AC unit in the room which was great.

Gross. Walls in my room were filthy with some nasty stuff. Comforters are stained. No screens on the windows, so couldn't open it. It was hot in the room. The AC eventually got going and did cool down. The washroom was ok. No elevator, so that was a bit frustrating with carrying everything up the stairs by my self with my two young kids. Glad we are just stopping through and not staying long.

Visit here often. The staff are great the price for a regular room is even better. There is a pool and hot tub great for the kids not the best but good for the purpose. Restaurant attached to the hotel lots of parking. Rooms are clean with air conditioning makes a huge difference on hot nights . Close to everything. Easy on and off the highway. Family friendly. Top choice when we stay in Chilliwack

My experience was terrible. I know I stayed in a pet friendly room. The room smelt really strong of dog urine. The bathroom floor and toilet have not been cleaned for quite some time. The room was advertised for 79 dollars a night. Paid 149 for the night. I stay in hotels an average of 250 nights a year. By far one of the worst rooms.

Reasonably priced. Has all the amenities you would need like coin laundry, microwave and mini fridge but no breakfast. Rooms were nice with a view of the mountains. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the cleaning service was inconsistent (hotel was clean but towels were not always replaced, beds weren't always made, etc). Some of the other guests gave the hotel a strange atmosphere (people loitering in the parking lot).
