The room was nice and clean. The bed was firm and there was highway noise. The breakfast was AWESOME. Everything was included even hot chocolate!

Overpriced, unsafe, poor management, unbearably hot rooms in the summer I needed a place to sleep as I was traveling through on business. Had hopes for a good safe stay as I was traveling with a lot of expensive equipment. First thing I am told at check in is that the parking lot is not safe. I noticed, as it was already dark, that most of the parking lot is lacking lighting. In fact most vehicles are in the dark. I found this bothersome and took it as a hotel that is too frugal to invest in proper lighting. The room was ok, accept it was a 34 degree day and the A/C was off in my room when I arrived. I did not have a thermometer but I would bet the room was well over 30 degrees. I turned on the 1980 edition air conditioner and it took most of the night to cool the room down. The breakfast was fine, same as most hotels free breakfast. Staff were friendly. The day after my stay I received an email inviting me to rate my stay. I made comments about the lack of safety and lighting around the exterior of the hotel, while also highlighting the positives I experienced. That rating was followed up with a smug response from the general manager informing me that their parking lot has lighting and is safe. Well I guess my eyes and ears fooled me then as I looked into the black abyss where my vehicle would spend the night as I listened to his staff member tell me how unsafe the parking lot was. The experience at this hotel was no better then a cheap motel, however they are charging the kind of dollars a reputable hotel charges. In my opinion this hotel is miss managed, not safe, and way overvalued. You would be better off going anywhere but here.

The hotel was only about 30% booked. We arrived late and went right to bed. During the night it got really hot and stuffy but our A/C did not work. When we spoke to the front desk staff they were aware it was broken but offered no remedy. All in all it was a miserable night.

Nice breakfast but no bacon! Comfortable bed, hard and soft pillows, very clean. The staff were all friendly. Excellent value for money.

Clean, friendly staff. A bit noisy due to highway traffic but not a big deal unless you want total quiet. Great breakfast, more tv channels would be great.
