Very clean and comfortable establishment. Staff is courteous, professional and presentable. The only complaint is the coffee provided in the rooms is very poor and the proximity to the train which can be felt in the quiet of the night.

Very clean and new. Front end, cleaning and breakfast staff was amazing - super friendly and always made you feel welcome. Enjoyed the conversations and the friendly hellos. Beds comfortable not too soft, lots of towels awesome!, multiple pillow choices and good breakfast. Lots of parking, and secure building/entries. The only suggestion is rooms need recycling bins for bottles and king availablity is limited. Will stay again!

Booked a block of rooms 10 month before event with numerous confirmations. 3 months out find out they don't have my rooms and weren't going to do anything for us. After I did some research I found out they had rooms booked for the wrong group and they didn't even know. So I figured it out and got our rooms. Then upon check out they give me a receipt for the rooms. When I check my statement they charged me 250$ more then receipt. When I called they say sorry wrong receipt and just charged me more then I signed for. Very poor administration

Very rude at the front desk. We felt very unwelcomed, and almost looked down at. We will take our money somewhere else and wont be returning to a Hampton Inn. We were looking for a nicer hotel, but not if thats the welcome we get.

Be careful what they charge you on credit card, it may be different then the bill they give you
