I normally stay at Hilton hotels when I travel for work but they were all booked up this week so I stayed at this Days Inn instead. I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean, bathroom was nice, breakfast was fine. But the staff was outstanding. First of all, I somehow accidentally booked two rooms when I only needed one. Instead of getting mad at me when I checked in the front desk staff simply cancelled my extra room and left me with the better room at the better rate. Then, I found out they only have down-type pillows in the rooms. Not sure why but I always wake up with a headache when I sleep on this type of pillow. I thought I’d be okay for a week but I woke up the second day with a horrible migraine. I went to the front desk and asked if they had any other pillows. The very nice guy at the front looked through storage and found me two normal, cotton-type pillows. Yay!!!! He could have just said that they didn’t have any but he went the extra mile to search them out for me. I woke up the next day feeling great. Finally, when I checked out, I saw that some information that my work requires to show on the receipt (for me to get reimbursed) was not there. The same front desk guy (sorry I didn’t get your name!) had no problems adding the info to the receipt for me and printing a new copy. Overall good rooms but great staff. Thanks again!

The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful even though we were just a little early checking in. The room was reasonably clean but poorly put together. Big gaps around the spout in the tub letting water into the wall, the fridge never stops running and noise from the street outside is really obvious. The windows have no screens but they are inexpensive, have a good free breakfast and the beds are comfortable. Honestly at 2.5 stars it's better than I was expecting and I consider it to be good value. If I need to stay in the area again I will book this hotel.

Had a good stay. Nice room with comfortable & cozy bed. The staff at the reception desk, Fred and Jas were kind enough to allow me to check out 2 hours later for free. I checked out at 1 p.m instead of 11 a.m. On the top of that they also kept my luggage in their store room at no extra charge so I could pick it up after few hours. Also offered me a free upgrade to their King suite. Excellent customer service. Will stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

Decent hotel in a decent location. Mostly industrial around hotel so don't vacation here, but good for business or a single night. Close to Casino. Clean comfy rooms and friendly staff. Good wifi too.

This was one of the strangest Hotel experiences I have ever had. We were reserved well ahead of time and secured with a very full credit card. When we arrived and checked in the hotel clerk demanded to see photo ID. My companion who was sharing the suite with me inquired as to why ID was needed and we were informed that it was Hotel policy. After much discussion we were forced to show ID. One might think does that was the most disappointing thing about the weekend but unfortunately it was one disaster after another. The television didn't work, the air conditioner didn't work, the food in the restaurant sucked beyond belief to the point where I would not leave a tip for the first time in my life. Anyway, it's safe to say that I will not be booking again with Days Inn at any location! E.V.E.R.
