HORRIBLE STAFF WHO HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THEIR OWN ROOMS. called 1 hr before hand to confirm they had a king size suite room . Yes 1 left they said we will hold it. Drive 1 hr from downtown van to the hotel. Pay check into the room. Go to the room find a dirty small queen size room !! Sheets on the bed weren't even made !!!DISGUSTING HOTEL !!! After a 20 minute argument with the worker at the from he finally refunded my money after trying to short me 2 times. How simple is math!!! Maybe if they hired decent workers it wouldn't be a SLUM HOTEL !!!

Value hotel close to major highways and stores. Clean rooms for the value conscious traveller. Outdoor pool and pet friendly. I stayed here once on business trip with my service dog for a couple nights. No problems. They advertise as pet friendly. Staff was friendly and inviting. I booked again for the following week when I would be back in town. I then received a call from someone claiming to be the manager who asked me what kind of dog it was. When I said it was a German a Shepherd she said I was not allowed to stay. I explained I just stayed there the previous week and staff had met my dog with no issues. I then asked if the room condition was an issue as my deposit was returned at the time. She said there were no issues. She stated it was manager discretion and she didn’t like dogs over 20lbs. I asked for a refund and I would go elsewhere and she said “not my problem”. Expedia refunded my monies due to the false advertising about pet friendly. I swore I’d never stay here again. Until....my company booked me here again and I didn’t know until it was too late. That being said I checked in no problems with the service dog. The front desk clerk was polite and friendly and the manager behind the counter was gracious in waiving a clerical error from my company at book-in. Originally I gave this establishment a 1 star because of that one person but I’ll raise it to 4 stars now as I realize sometimes in every business or company you can have a rotten apple that is not indicative of all your staff.

so rude, told my father and I (quoting their exact words) "you can leave if you don't like it but we don't give refunds" after we had told them the TV didn't work and that the shower leaked. ugly rooms for a unfit price. wouldn't recommend at all

I had the worst experience this morning, the managers both we’re very rude. We talk to Cheri about our accommodation before arrival and when we arrived last night she wasn’t available so the clerk attendant tried to confirm with the manager onsite about the check in, well he didn’t want to be bothered as he was sleeping so the guy checking us in didn’t take a deposit and gave us keys to the room. when we got into the room it wasn’t anything like they advertise on line, the rooms were old and dirty the beds were sorta decent, but still felt very uncomfortable staying in the room as the people staying in the hotel were questionable, I didn’t even feel safe leaving my stuff in the room and had a horrible sleep, my daughter felt unsafe as well and didn’t sleep good either, the next morning we woke up and I went to check to see how hot it was outside the room, to my surprise the manager was outside smoking and started yelling at me about the money we owed her and that we need to come down ASAP and get it delt with(which we were going to do anyways) I said whoa you don’t need to talk to us like this and she continued to yell at me and said well check out then and leave, I immediately turned around told my family we were leaving and we grabbed our stuff and left, we went to pay for the room and she was trying to charge us more as we were originally qouated, the older guy was standing right beside Cheri and was backing her up when she was being rude to us, telling us he will call the cops and so on I told him go right ahead I’ll call them myself, especially for what they are doing to people, I now know why they act the way they do, it’s because the hotel is sketchy and rents room out to people who use it for more then a place to sleep!!!! I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone especially if you have kids!!!! The pictures online are not what the hotel looks like at all.....pretty sad!!!!
