nice and comfortable rooms , very clean and tidy. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Also, location is perfect. Lots of space for parking as well.

Excellent value. Excellent continental breadfast with gluten free options if you ask. Lovely time in the clean indoor swimming pool and spa.

This hotel has alot of potential due to it’s convenient location but unfortunately, it is being run with the lowest of standards. People in our group refused to stay here as their mattress was covered in mold/mildew. Throughout our 4 night stay, our room was cleaned ONCE and only because I complained for the third time and refused to go in the room until it was done. This was despite the “maid please make up sign” on the door. Had to ask 3 times for face clothes and towels and to have the garbage taken. Informed them on day one that the shower barely drained....desk staff very polite and said they would have someone fix it right away. No one ever came. Room smelled musty. Went for breakfast (6:30-9:30) at 8:15 and barely anything there, very disappointing. Only good thing I can say is pool area is kept clean. Would not stay here again, many other options in Maple Ridge.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived the staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and well stocked. Nice pool and hottub , also a work out room with nice equipment . If you are looking for a nice clean quite reasonable priced place to stay this is it. We will be staying again.

Friendly helpful staff. Good variety for complimentary breakfast. Fast acting automatic doors very nice - no struggling with luggage and door
