This is an interesting place. First the location is second to none. It's a bit of an aging place but here's the catch, they make it look as clean as humanly possible. I mean everything from the room, to the bathrooms, to the halls, the elevator is mostly stainless steel and it was spotless. I even took the stairs one day and the stairway was impeccable. No stitch of dust anywhere in this place so hats off to them for that. The only knock I can give it is that some rooms are an A B. Meaning you could rent room 304 a and b, you come in one entrance but then have to enter 304 a or b separately after the first door. That could work out fine if you have some older kids you need a break from. The only negative with it is that A is the side that has access to the balcony. So they can see into your room if you have room B from their balcony, or vice versa, they can be seen from room B very easily that would sacrifice the chance to sit there in peace to watching the stunning views. At some point they'll need to reinvest some coin I to this place to do the upkeep needed to keep people coming back, but til then it's a very clean place in a great location. The staff is also very helpful and friendly as well.

We had a group of 17 people in town for a wedding so got a group rate and a bunch of rooms. The staff were helpful with early check ins and late check outs, and were very polite and helpful in general. The rates were fantastic too! The rooms were spacious, but you could hear people in the adjacent rooms when they were in the shower or bathroom. I’d stay here again for sure!

We stayed here a few years ago but more recently my father and grandmother stayed the night and I visited them. It's a really nice hotel with an excellent staff. Great location for walking the beach. Many great restaurants very close as well.

The hotel is right by the beach so its perfect for watching the sunset. However it is very noisy despite having "sound proof" rooms. You can hear the train, traffic and other people from other suites. Definitely not a place for light sleepers. I also enjoy the heated bathroom floors.

Celebrated our 30th anniversary .They gave us a nice room overlooking the ocean .It had a kitchen too.Loved that we could walk to the beach and stroll the boardwalk without having to get in the car. Definitely stay there again.
