Nice hotel with a few things that need to be addressed. The showers in the room barely have enough water pressure to rinse the soap off your body. Air conditioner makes a lot of noise but works well. If your going to have a water slide at your pool then you should have it open to use. I was there for 2 days in one of the hottest day's and it was locked with no reason. Like i said just a few things other than that they are close to every thing you need and the breakfast bar was really good.

Great service and friendly staff. Free daily breakfast was a plus. Highly recommended. Kids love how they can create their own pancakes and waffles.

Excellent, clean and well appointed hotel. My go to spot to sleep well and get work done. The room design is very functional. Lots of power ports, comfy couch space and nice high ceilings.

Superstore right across the street, 30 mins to Downtown Kelowna, 15 mins to Grey Monk winery and Arrowleaf winery, very convenient location, lots of parking friendly staff and free continental breakfast :)

Horrible breakfast and customer service! If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! I booked this hotel for 12 families for a hockey Tournament. This hotel hosted 3 teams while we were their and I was told a bus group too. They were NOT prepared for it! Breakfast was a nightmare the 3 mornings we ate there...no coffee, juice, no forks, no knives, ice cold eggs, no yogurt, no fruit. When I asked the front desk said “ we are doing our best”. I have no idea why anyone would stay here? Pool was over chlorinated and our kids had red eyes, I was unable to sit in the pool area for more than 10 minutes without getting sick from the smell of chlorine. Our room was clean but the breakfast, pool and customer service was so very bad we would NEVER return. I sent an email directly to the mamanger who I booked our teams with and she never got back to me?
