Super helpful and friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept with the window open and never had issues with any road noise. Bed and towels were all clean and the bathroom looked good. Really great rates ($66 a night after tax) compared to Kamloops where all we could find was $150 for two single beds. I was a big fan and would 100% stay here again or recommend this place to friends!

I was there when BC had horrendous fires, and was en-route from Squamish to Jasper. The town was cloaked in a deep smokey soup-fog threaded with ash - if you'd recently been fibbing, I would say you'd have trouble seeing the end of your nose. I had to feel sorry for this town as in the height of season it was effectively abandonned by the tourist trade. However, the welcome was warm, friendly, and efficient. The room was great, and although I had only booked one bed, there were two double beds and a kitchenette. The configuration was very good for the space, and the room felt loved. The whole motel was at a slightly drunk angle, but this didn'the detract from my stay. WiFi worked well and basic breakfast included. For the traveller, such as myself, this was spot on. Not luxurious, but certainly clean and comfortable. For value for money and reception and ticking boxes, it has to have 5 stars.
