Clean and well maintained. Service was very good in the Westerly Restaurant for both Breakfast and Dinners. Room was clean and comfortable and all amenities worked as they should. Only downside was parking on the "Ground Level" for oversized vehicles was limited in the front lot and that "Back Lot" left a lot to be desired. If you are in a vehicle under 6'10", the underground parking is perfect. I will not hesitate to stay again or to recommend.

Very nice hotel in a great location for visiting Courtenay. Rooms were nice and very comfortable bed and pillows. Be prepared to walk back and forth between your room and lobby a few times though. The keys cards are low quality, and stop working pretty much every time you leave your room. When that happens, you have to go to the lobby and get a new one. Very Frustrating, especially if you are in another building, or at the end of a long hallway and carrying a lot of stuff.

The room was clean. It was overall a nice hotel. The staff were great and it was a really pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast is not included but they gave us a voucher for the restaurant and the food was pretty good. A nice location in a beautiful spot.

We loved this hotel. It is very well run. The beds were comfortable. Lobby is lovely. Lots of restaurants surrounding the perimeter of the parking lot of the hotel. There is a grocery store and liquor store super close. Would stay there again. Great location. Close to BCFerries.

Hotel Manager was incredibly welcoming. This location is great as there is a large pub/restaurant on site as well as another pub with 6 pool tables and two dart boards. No need to leave the property for a night out. The swimming pool/hot tub was below ground with no windows but was clean and the murals on the walls are awesome!! Work out room has windows so you could watch your kids swim. Rooms were typical. Very happy we chose this over the old house because of all that it has to offer.
