Front desk staff are attentive, courteous, with a "It's great to see you my good friend" kind of professionalism. Myself and other family members were here for a memorial that took place for a deceased member of the family. For the two days we were there whenever I returned to the Inn it felt like I was coming to my own relaxing, serene, comforting home. The rooms are very quiet and nicely appointed. I was impressed too with the small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and eating utensils available in my room. I was able to enjoy most of my meals in the comfort of my room and free breakfast in the morning which I could bring to my room which helped me save a nice chunk of money. I had a very pleasant stay and will be highly recommending this Holiday Inn Express.

Everything about this place is great, except it's a little pricey. The bathrooms have good lighting and towels. And are roomy! The beds are nice and clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We've been there before and will return.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I, and my parents, have ever had. I have stayed in a number of hotels, and this tops everything. We were offered an upgrade to an accessible room for my mom, who is physically disabled, when we arrived. The staff was stupendous! Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and super helpful. I know exactly where I will book when I need to return to Comox. Thank you!!!!

Very clean, all staff very friendly, polite and helpful, great hot tub. Breakfast room very comfortable, clean, always lots of food, variety, well staffed. Lots of parking. Access to nice walking trail. Rooms are very well maintained and squeaky clean.. Highly recommend.

Located right on the highway. Convenient location as it's right in town. Water pressure was good. Very clean. Friendly staff.
