We had a lovely visit starting with Adam checking us in to Fernanda helping answer some of our questions at the front desk. Adam suggested seeing the suspension bridge and after our hike and exciting walk across the bridge to a view of the beautiful water fall in at Elk Falls Provincial Park we returned to the Hotel for a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub. Breakfast the next morning was a cornucopia of choices and we had a quick chat with some other guests who were up from the Oregon area. Overall a wonderful, relaxing get-a-way. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone waiting a stay in a pristine, friendly environment. This is a beautiful hotel but the staff are the ones who make it a great place to stay.

We were there for dinner and drinks - the food was pretty good and the service was great. We were sitting outside though and there weren't any lights to help us out as it got dark. Otherwise, good!

The hotel staff were nice enough, and the lady at the bar let me buy a beer after they had closed which was greatly appreciated. But overall the hotel is a little run down. It's old. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and there was no air conditioning. I would go back if I could not get into the comfort Inn.

Disappointed at the lack of a/c in the rooms. When I informed the front desk team, the gentleman did what he could to explain and even provided me with a number to their Ops Manager Cindy. Tarek and Condy were very patient and understanding (it's hot) and went above and beyond to help me out. While the hotel itself has left something to be desired, the team and management are top notch! Thank you.

A very quiet clean and comfortable place. I agree with many of the other past guests regarding the breakfast. It could be better.
