I would give 0 stars if i could! Don't stop here. You're better off sleeping in your car! No one in the front would answer and we had to go through the bar to find someone. The Asian couple were EXTREMELY rude and all they cared about was whether or not we had animals. We had a dog that has a heated bed in our truck and we told them that he stays in the truck. They didn't believe us. What we DID have was 2 young daughters that were tired from the long drive and it was 10pm. But we carried on our journey and found the Canyon Alpine motel just up the road. MUCH BETTER! Don't go to the Charles hotel! We won't, not ever again! Terrible service! Not nice for children.

Can't say anything about the food. Was looking forard to get diner, but didn't get that far. The sevice was extremely rude and impatient. I left without ordering. Too bad I liked the unique interior.

Quite enjoyed the Chinese food I had. Not that fancy a place but reasonable and decent.
