This spacious, quiet, well-appointed home down near the water is conveniently located for travelers who need to be  close to the airport or who want a little distance from the bustle of Victoria. Our host Wendy was friendly, gracious and a great resource for insider tourist tips. The room we stayed in was clean, tastefully decorated and had all the conveniences we needed, such as a private bathroom, tv, fan, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was first rate and beautifully presented, parking was never a problem, and arrival/departure were hassle free. Definitely recommend.

Good host. Nice place. Very clean. Good food. Nice comfy bed. Fresh sheets. Terrible pillow. Buy some good pillows. The smokers have to go to a special place that was dirty and gross to sit for morning coffee. Clean up that side of your house just garbage laying around that side of house wood and bags clutter didn't impress me. The table was put on on a rug up side down, ratty gross. I couldn't believe it. We are still your quests regardless if we smoke or not. Not comfortable with that. I had to sit somewhere else. I would never have booked this place if I knew that. Stiff atmosphere. The Queen should book this place when she comes here.

If you like quaint charming places this is the place to stay it's spotlessly clean and beautifully presented as soon as we entered hubby and I were offered tea or coffee being English of course we chose tea it was served from a China teapot into China tea cups. Breakfast was nicer than most and the lady running this place was absolutely lovely.

I reserved the room with paying at hotel option about 2 weeks ago. However, on the day before I traveled to Canada, the owner sent me a message said that I needed to call them to keep the room because they were not able to charge my credit card. Then, 15 minutes later, they said the room is not available and they moved me to another property, different room. The pictures of that place looked worse than what I reserved. Half hour later, I got an email said that the room I reserved was under maintenance so they had to change my reservation. Why did they charge my card before I arrived there? If the room was not available on that date, they should have contacted me 2 week before. I did not believe the reason they gave me on the email. I doubt how they can get this high review scores if this is how they handle customers. Therefore, I refused they moved me to another property. I rather not stay there. I just found another hotel at last minute before I traveled. Be aware of this B and B!
