We were there Wednesday June 19th to June 21st very easy check in, very friendly, and very clean. We will definitely tell people about this place only wish we had more time there. Thank you Peter for helping my mom you're all very friendly and made our stay that much better.

Convenient to YYJ and they have a good deal to stay and park. Way cheaper than airport. Room is pretty plain but sheets are clean. Great walk along water right across the street.

Beautiful hotel. We felt right at home. They have all the kitchen supplies you could possibly need. Full kitchen which was heaven and an ocean view. With laundry amenities! Great customer service. We will definitely come back.

I feel this is the best place to stay in Sidney if you're there for more than a few days and don't have time to sort out an AirBNB for the time. I think every room has a little kitchenette and the staff has been very accommodating when I've been by. This is five star execution of two to three star lodging.

Horrendous. I'm not from the area, I needed a hotel for a night near the airport. They booked me promptly the day before, took my credit card info etc. and I was so grateful for a room on short notice. I told the person with whom I made my reservation that I'd likely be checking in late due to my flight arrival, she said that was fine. I land at Victoria airport, grab a taxi, get to the hotel...office is closed. I'm reading every sign on the door for a clue as to what to do, I didn't see anything. I had already paid for this room. I saw a big white phone outside the check in office and assumed that was for this sort of situation. I picked it up - no answer, It just rang and rang and rang, Taxi driver got impatient and told me he could not wait any longer. So I had to call every hotel in the area for an urgent booking. Luckily, an inn up the street answered the phone at midnight and took me in otherwise I would have been stranded. I called Cedarwood the next day to ask what had happened and they informed me that my key was in some form of box with a post-it note or sign of some form. I didn't argue, perhaps it was, BUT I did not see it...maybe I have poor eyesight? What if my English wasn't very good? I wasn't told this in advance when I booked. They asked why I didn't use the emergency phone...I DID...TWICE. I told them to check their cameras and surely they would have seen a man frantically trying to get a hold of hotel staff using the white phone as a taxi waited. After brushing me off as an idiot because I didn't see their paper sign, I was told "Mike" the owner would call me to resolve the issue. He never called. There is a much more accommodating, much nicer hotel up the road. I wish I could tell you what the rooms are like, but I never got to step foot in one and they took my money and "Mike" never called. Thanks guys. Anyone needs proof, I've got it.
