The bedroom was really good, comfortable beds and the small kitchen had everything my family needed. Washroom had lots of towels (good for our big family). The parking structure is convenient. They offer a muffin and yogurt as breakfast. We stayed overnight in the hotel and I loved the blackout in the window, it helped everybody sleep until late.

Clean, very spacious rooms. Affordable rates. Staff were friendly and professional. Stayed here 3 days and loved its proximity to downtown shopping, sights and restaurants. Beautiful walking/cycling trails over and along the Gorge water way are just steps from the front door. Pet friendly. Only downside was I was working and didn’t have time to check out the pool! Restaurant was undergoing renovations at the time of my stay.

We're here for a long stay in a suite. It's an older, quaint little hotel but SO clean and comfy. The staff are lovely. The restaurant has closed down waiting for new management but lots of restaurants close by. The Victoria bus service is excellent and right outside your door. The Galloping Goose trail is across the street. We enjoy daily walks along the waterfront. Today we saw 2 seals. Love it here!😇

Service is reasonably quick and helpful. Parking is a bit of a free for all. Access in and out is limited from Gorge road during heavy traffic times. Rooms look dated. Carpet is old, towels are so-so, tvs are small, and views are okay at best. Not a bad place to stay, but far from a luxury resort.

The breakfast is a small brown bag containing a muffin and a yogurt. Upon entrance the room has a terrible stench of some sort, which other reviewers have determined is most likely a spray used to fight bed bugs. Though we had arrived in the evening, we were told that our room was still being prepared and had to wait an hour in the lobby.
