Very flexible with early check-in. Reservation online was smooth and required no advance payment. The room was exactly like the pictures. The fridge was very useful but set too cold (freezer-like). The coffee set was amazing as was the shower. Only the heater/ventilation system was too noisy to my liking. The location was perfect and was only 10min walk to get to downtown Victoria.

Capital CityCenter Hotel provided a comfortable stay. While the rooms and hotel itself are a little dated, the beds were lovely! Being situated on the second floor beside Douglas meant traffic noise was audible in the room, but my sleep was uninterrupted. The location, while noisy, was excellently placed proximate to restaurants and the water. The staff was very friendly and allowed a convenient last minute change of rooms. Great bang for your buck; I would recommend CirtCenter Hotel for an affordable stay in Victoria.

Good location within walking distance of a major shopping "strip". Had a nice pool and patio. The lounge and restaurant were comfortable, the food selection was great and the kitchen was very willing to make adjustments to items to meet a patron's needs. Room was very comfortable and clean, with a small kitchenette.

Affordable option when coming to Victoria. While it is not right in the middle of downtown, still close enough to walk if the weather is nice or even hop on a bus for a couple stops. It is an older hotel, but well keep. Checks all the essential boxes for me: clean, comfortable bed and strong hot shower. You can hear a little bit of noise from the street, but not enough to bother you after a long day. Housekeeping came late in the afternoon, when we were back, so ended up not cleaning the room. Breakfast was not included in our rate, so we didn't try the restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel room was clean recently renovated with a nice kitchenette. Bathroom small. Hallways nice. Food in the restaurant was good but not included. Its close to China town - nice location. Give it 3.6 stars!
