This Hotel is a disaster and very bad for anybody to stay including families with young children. Many rooms say “Non smoking” but people do it in the room, hallways, and the elevator. There is free parking, but there is a high chance someone could break in (one of the staff told us to park in the city because there is a high chance of breaking in!). Rooms are spacious but bathrooms were really dirty. Everything is outdated and in dirty+poor conditions. I found many bed bugs, broken walls, broken heater, and balcony looks like it would collapse any moment. People openly smoke in front of their children, which is very unsafe! Would not recommend to stay even for a day! Come at your own risk! There is a better hotel which is only 200m away from this hotel which is Best western Carlton plaza hotel. This is really good. Thanks

I made a mistake booking this hotel, I was looking for something a bit more upscale but the people there were very nice. They helped me to get a full refund for the room from online agent. The hotel has elevators and vending machines. Its seems like a lots of people were booked there so I'm sure it must be decent if your on a budget. Worth checking out because they even have parking which for some places was hard to come by.

I stayed here once years ago and it wasn't bad, standard. But I tried going back there one night more recently at around 2 am and the front desk man told me I'd be better off not getting a room for the night since "it would be a waste of money" and didnt want to give me a room. Since that night I was trying to get away from an abusive man I ended up sleeping in my car. So that sucked. Not bad rooms, I personally hate the service now though. 🤷‍♀️

Stayed here when I was down for a wedding! It's a older building but it was very clean staff was polite and was close to everything I needed! As far as pricing I can't say what my room was cause it was booked for me. But I had a excellent time staying there!

Very nice and positive people, however they do things really slowly. The next day we noticed MICE in our room so we told the counter people to deal with it. Instead of dealing with the mice they just made us switch rooms. Guess what? That didn't help. They appeared in our next room to! So we told them to solve the freaking pest problem. However, they promised to fix the problem the same day but they didn't and now they told us they'll do it the next day. Guess what that means? We had to sleep with the mice which was so frustrating. I hope everyone will make wise decisions on renting a room I'm this hotel, thank you for reading this.
