First off, Victoria is a great town. Lovely place. Nothing was amiss in my stay. I will, however, call out one employee in particular: Cal. Not only was I an uninformed boy from the States, but I'm also vegan. From the moment I stepped foot in that lobby, Cal helped me find a handful of vegan restaurants, taught me a bit about Canadian culture and monies, and was very personable. If you're reading this, Cal, keep being you.

Just stayed here. Staff was extremely pleasant. Great at accommodating the family of 5 we had so we got a suite with two beds and a pull out. Very close to many stores in the heart of downtown. The parking was amazing and worth $20 a day. I would stay here again. Room was nicely cleaned everyday. Although the ventilation in the bathroom after showers could use some work but was nice. I would recommend a different view as my view was a back alley.

I have changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars, because the customer service has exceeded my expectations. Lots of follow up from both the staff and management, during and after our stay. Location is great as we were able to walk everywhere. My in-laws really liked the hotel, not to mention there is a convenient restaurant downstairs with a vast breakfast menu. Only downside is the parking (typical expensive downtown parking), and the hotel itself is a bit dated with a strange kitchen layout (very compact and the fridge wasn't very cold at all). Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service.

Each member of the hotel staff that we had any dealing with was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. We particularly liked the free water that was offered every time we passed the front desk. They were ready with suggestions for things to do and places too see and wonderful restaurants to eat at. We loved the valet parking. The room was clean and well looked after. The restaurant on site is a breakfast and lunch facility, The food was really good. The fitness center is clean with a good variety of cardio equipment, weights, etc. OVERALL,, A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY.

Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is situated near the best boutiques and restaurants in Victoria. The staff are working tirelessly to offer the best service especially during rush hours. Rooms are so clean you can literally eat on the floor. keep up the work guys.
