I stayed here last year and booked again for longer. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. I had a minor issue with my booking, but Jackie resolved it quickly and professionally. She also checked in to make sure I was doing all right. I want to especially commend Selena for her excellent customer service. All the front desk representatives were super friendly and helpful, but Selena helped me problem solve my internet issue, printed off my boarding passes, gave me advice on running routes and in general was a pleasure to talk to. The hotel is excellently located and despite my initial grumbling, you can't beat the view even from the second floor of the ocean. I spent a great deal of time on the patio watching the water. It is also convenient to "downtown" Sidney and to the running/walking path along the water. The room is spacious and comfortable. I really like the full size refrigerator--there's even a freezer--and microwave because I feel even more at home with those features. There's a coffee shop downstairs which opens at 6:30 in the mornings, so you only have to wait a bit if you're an early riser like me. In the meantime, the in-room coffee is decent. In short, I will be back again next year!

Love the rooms and spacious entryway for your luggage. I love to open the large windows and curtains and lounge around in the robe. Lots of cute shops, restaurants, breweries/distilleries nearby. Cute town to walk around in. The steam room is nice too.

Very nice hotel. Check in was a breeze. The room was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and neat. My only concern was that I ordered room service and it took 150 minutes for them to bring my dinner to me. That was after I called the front desk on 3 occasions and the restaurant 4 times. When the food did arrive, I thought that it was overpriced for what I received-just under $30. for a burger and 3 glasses of diet coke.

The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The ocean view was remarkable and the soap smelled like heaven (we actually purchased some at the spa to take home) The café downstairs had lots of gluten free options for me. Over all a fantastic stay!!

This is a very nice hotel on the waterfront in Sydney with Victoria International Airport just 10 minutes away. This property is well appointed, great service , reasonably priced and located in a lovely town with all kinds of boutique shopping and dining.
