This building is of a more upper comers of the new Victoria, lots of buisnessman, lawyers and the like, but don't be discouraged because if you can afford the $1400.00Per/Month for a 1 bedroom and are okay with signing a rather easy going lease of 6 months and depending whether or not your a fit, the.lease will after the 6 month mark, become a month to month agreement. The building manager's name is Randy a very professional man. He's a good landlord so far, but I'm only now lived in the building now for 3 months but as I said above so far so good!!!😀

Great rental suites. Beautiful location.

This is no longer a hotel. It is an apartment building. Steer clear. My friend lived there briefly. Dirty, unpainted, poor management.
