Amazing. This was more than a hotel for my wife & I — it was a refuge — a place of peace & bliss. The staff were amazing, upgrading us to a harbour view room because it was our anniversary — and the view of the harbour and the legislative grounds across the water were beautiful. I wanted to linger in our room and just stare at those calm, peaceful waters. But then going downstairs and outside, there was a spacious terrace from which one could look out over the harbour and go for walks along its edge. And then the concierge was terrific, finding us a table at a fantastic restaurant nearby, which we so appreciated! We loved this place!

Room service failed too bring up requested room basics when they were depleted. I have to point out this was our first time asking for replacement of said items. We weren't the type buzzing all night for things. Just coffee supplies and extra blankets. After 2 calls and be right up! As the response had To get it ourselves. It was the evening and first called in the morning for cream sugar etc. Same for blankets but! They made it up after about 4 hours and few more calls. it was Canada day so excepted a wait time no problem! but no show sucks. The room was very clean and comfortable. We picked delta for the queen beds and better sheets than alot of the competition. Good air conditioning. I was happier upon leaving than the rest of the party

Went to the in hotel restaurant "Lure." The food was decent, looked gourmet but I'm not entirely sure it was that special especially considering the price. Everything was 1.5 to 2 times the price it should be. Great staff, but definitely a tourist trap. A great lure.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. The bar had reasonably priced craft beer. Lost a star because the room door locks are incredibly noisy when they close and the sounds travels through the walls. I never heard any voices but the doors closing woke me up a couple of times.

Had a great stay here. Rooms were really nice, we had an amazing view of the harbour from our room. The hotel is located in a great spot, close enough to downtown that you can quickly walk, but still feeling like it's a bit outside of the city. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Will definitely come back if we come to Victoria again.
